Meet the Founder
Anthony Day founded Freedom Fabrication and Mechanical LLC after more than a decade of hands-on experience in industrial environments, welding, equipment maintenance, and mechanical operations. As a Lincoln Tech trained welder, Anthony built his career working directly with industrial machinery and production equipment before advancing into maintenance supervision and leadership.
Today, his experience includes troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment, building and installing processing machinery, preventative maintenance, welding and fabrication, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, equipment modifications, and process improvement. That combination of technical knowledge and real-world experience is the foundation of FF&M and its commitment to providing safe, reliable, high-quality solutions built to last.

Supervising maintenance operations, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance, managing personnel and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.

Building, installing, repairing, and optimizing processing machinery and production systems, including work across multiple facilities.
Lincoln Tech welding training with 10+ years of experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding, custom fabrication, equipment repair, and modification.
